This role is for experienced e-commerce professionals who want to take on operational responsibility and are eager to actively shape a finance setup.

Your Mission

You will take operational responsibility for finance, controlling, forecasting, and economic procurement.

You will ensure that forecasts, purchasing, sales promotions, and liquidity align at all times and that decisions are thoroughly calculated in advance.

Your Tasks

• Operational responsibility for finance & controlling in day-to-day e-commerce operations
• Setup and maintenance of a KPI, forecast & working capital setup
• Active management of purchasing & procurement based on forecasts
• Pre-calculation of sales promotions, promotions & bundles
• Rolling weekly & monthly liquidity planning
• Ownership for weclapp, forecasting tool & relevant interfaces
• Sparring with management & performance marketing
• Close collaboration with tax advisors & external partners

What You Bring

• Several years of hands-on experience in e-commerce
• Deep experience in finance, controlling, forecasting, and/or procurement
• Proficient use of ERP & forecasting tools (weclapp is a plus)
• Entrepreneurial thinking & high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work at eye level and prepare decisions
