What does "Setting" mean?

Our setters qualify leads and make initial contact with potential customers. Our task is to understand their needs and provide an initial assessment of whether our coaching is suitable for them. Setting is much more than just making phone calls – it is one of our most important pillars for customer acquisition, where strategy and empathy are crucial.

About the Role

We are looking for a Setter who combines:

• Excellent understanding of people
• Persuasiveness
• Discipline
• And a high drive to break records

What you will do as a Setter:

• First Point of Contact: You are responsible for processing, qualifying, and making initial contact with your warm leads. This means:
  • Contacting new leads by phone as quickly as possible. Within 5 minutes.
  • Conducting at least 10 conversations per day (a conversation lasts about 30-40 minutes).
• Independent Decisions: You independently check whether cooperation with interested parties is possible.
• Understanding People and Empathy: You recognize the fears and objections of potential customers and resolve them empathetically.

Employment Type: Freelancer

Salary: 15 Euros gross per hour (plus uncapped commission)

Scope of Work: 40 hours weekly Mon-Fri, willingness to work on weekends as well

Qualifications:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in sales. Ideally, also in closing.
