Your Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for the Group Total Rewards Strategy and definition of binding remuneration principles, policies, and pay equity standards
  • Conception and management of global remuneration models (Base, STI, LTI, Executive Compensation) as well as retention and special programs
  • Responsibility for the global job architecture, grading systems, and international market benchmarks
  • Design of a consistent Group Benefits Framework, including harmonization of local structures
  • Management of annual remuneration cycles and support for M&A, reorganization, and transformation projects
  • Responsibility for compensation analytics, remuneration-related compliance, and reporting (KPIs) in close coordination with Legal, Finance, and Tax
  • Sparring partner for the CHRO and direct contact for the Executive Board and Senior Management

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business, law, or social sciences, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 8 years of sound professional experience in Compensation & Rewards, ideally in an international corporate or group environment
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory and compliance-related requirements in the national and international remuneration context
  • In-depth expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and the design of STI, LTI, and executive compensation models
  • Experience in complex, international organizational structures with diverse stakeholders
  • High analytical competence and confidence in handling complex data models
  • Proactive, structured way of working with a strong end-to-end responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
  • High discretion and a strong sense of responsibility in handling sensitive information
  • Confident demeanor, persuasiveness, and consulting skills at C-level
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage
