‍ What You Will Work On With Us

• Overall Operational Performance: You take responsibility for the processes at all locations, ensure smooth operations, and make sure that teams work together optimally.
• Quality & Standards Management: You ensure that processes in everyday practice run smoothly at every location and guarantee compliance, process consistency, and the highest quality.
• On-Site Presence: You are regularly present on-site at the locations, actively help out in day-to-day practice, and embody ETERNO's standards and values.
• Training & Team Development: You develop training programs for new employees and existing teams, support location managers through coaching, and continuously promote knowledge transfer.
• Operational Excellence: You identify potential for efficiency and implement best practices to ensure operational excellence & profitability throughout Germany.
• Community & Hospitality: You build a strong internal community, promote collaboration between locations, and ensure an outstanding customer and employee experience.
• Expansion: You support the opening of new locations, ensure their integration and sustainable performance, and actively develop organizational structures.

‍ What You Bring

• Several years of experience in operations management, ideally in the healthcare sector – particularly in practice chains or clinics – or alternatively in the hotel or gastronomy industry.
• Demonstrable experience in process optimization, standardization, and operational excellence.
• Leadership skills and experience in developing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational skills: structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
• High empathy and appreciative communication at eye level.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel throughout Germany.
• Very good German language skills (C1+), good English language skills (B2+).
