Instead, you'll have a responsible interface position with direct impact: You'll support our sales organization in day-to-day operations, ensuring our business customers receive optimal support and internal processes are managed efficiently.\n\nWhether it's creating quotes, technical clarifications, customer onboarding, or coordination with IT, purchasing, content, fulfillment, or accounting -- you'll keep an overview, find solutions, and actively shape processes.\n\nWe're looking for a communicative, proactive personality with good technical understanding who enjoys taking responsibility, optimizing processes, and collaborating closely with colleagues from various departments. If you enjoy working in a B2B environment, work in a structured manner, and are flexible in responding to new challenges, we look forward to your application.\n\n### Your Responsibilities:\n\n* Operational Sales Support: You'll support our sales team in managing our business customers in the B2B sector, acting as the central interface for technical, administrative, and organizational matters.\n* Quote and Contract Management: You'll create individual quotes, presentations, and contract documents, ensuring their correct maintenance and filing in the system.\n* Customer Onboarding & Follow-up: You'll guide our new customers through the onboarding process, coordinate the setup with other departments, and stay engaged afterward -- including follow-ups, cross-selling, and upselling.\n* Process Management & System Maintenance: You'll maintain customer data, conditions, and profiles in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and actively participate in the further development of our sales processes.\n* Coordination & Communication: You'll handle customer inquiries, liaise with internal departments (e.g., Content, IT, Purchasing, Fulfillment, Controlling), and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.\n\n### Your Profile:\n\n* Education & Experience: You have completed commercial training or a business-related degree and have 1-3 years of experience in sales support, internal sales, or a similar B2B role.\n* Technical Understanding: You possess a solid understanding of technical contexts -- ideally including experience with interfaces like API or SFTP.\n* Communication Skills & Self-Responsibility: You communicate clearly and confidently, think proactively, ask questions, and follow through -- with both internal colleagues and external customers.\n* Structure & Resilience: You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner -- even when multiple tasks are ongoing and quick solutions are needed.\n* IT Affinity: You are proficient with MS Office 365, CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics, and presentation tools.\n* Language Skills: You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, enabling you to communicate effectively in an international environment.\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Agile Work Environment: You're in the right place if you're curious and interested in a dynamic, growing company!
