We are looking for support for our technical support team! Are you a team player, communicative, and service-oriented? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your Tasks:

• Phone Support: You are the first point of contact for our customers (m/f/d) by phone and answer their inquiries friendly and competently.
• Correspondence: You process incoming emails and mail, ensuring that our customers (m/f/d) receive the desired information quickly and reliably.
• B2B and B2C Support: You support both our business customers and end consumers with their concerns, thus contributing to high customer satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• You are an enrolled full-time student (m/f/d) and can support us for at least one semester (20 hours/week).
• You have initial experience in customer service, whether digital or in retail.
• You enjoy talking on the phone and adapting to your conversation partners.
• You are familiar with MS Office and have basic technical understanding.
• You are reliable, work independently, and are motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You speak German at a native-speaker level.
