We're a fully remote team building the Python infrastructure that AI developers will rely on for the next decade. Our open-source products --- an ML pipeline orchestration platform used by thousands of teams in production, and a brand-new durable execution layer for Python agents --- are both Apache 2.0, actively used, and moving fast.

We're hiring the fastest Python engineer we can find. Not sloppy-fast --- actually fast. The kind of engineer who turns a Slack conversation into a merged PR before lunch, reads every line of what shipped, and writes code other engineers are relieved to inherit.

What you'll do

• Ship features end-to-end in days --- design, code, tests, docs, rollout.
• Build framework adapters, orchestrator integrations, and new execution semantics for our agent runtimes.
• Live in Slack and GitHub with users --- turn confusion into a PR the same day.
• Jump into the TypeScript/React dashboard when a feature needs a surface --- no ticket, just a PR.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years writing production Python --- libraries, SDKs, or developer-facing APIs.
• You use AI coding tools daily and have strong opinions about where they help and where they don't.
• You feel physical pain when an API is clunky. You know what good developer tooling looks like --- and can describe why.
• Bonus: you've built agents or ML pipelines and have real opinions about what breaks in production.

• Python 3.11+, Pydantic, FastAPI, asyncio, SQL, Alchemy, TypeScript / React, Docker / Kubernetes, AWS / GCP / Azure
