Who we are looking for?

  • We are looking for IMMEDIATELY (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME) for our HEAD OFFICE at the Frankfurt location in RAUNHEIM:
  • HR Administrator (m/f/d) for preparatory
  • Payroll accounting (minimum 35h, preferably 40h per week)

Job Description

What are your challenges in our team:

  • Accompanying our employees from entry to exit
  • Processing all labor law, payroll tax, and social security issues in cooperation with the tax office
  • Preparation of payroll accounting including all upstream and downstream work for our employees (e.g., calculation of provisions for Christmas and vacation bonuses, etc.)
  • Close cooperation with our external tax office regarding, among other things, the processing of payroll accounting
  • Preparation and support of payroll tax and pension insurance audits
  • Contact person for all time management issues, legal, and company-internal regulations
  • Checking & booking of expense reports and also the accounting for company vehicles
  • Correspondence with authorities, health insurance companies & insurance companies

Qualifications

What do you bring to this challenge?

  • Motivation to make a difference, develop yourself, and achieve great things together with us!
  • Commercial or, if applicable, tax-related vocational training
  • Preferably further training as a certified specialist (m/f/d) for payroll accounting
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • MUST HAVE: Sound & up-to-date knowledge in all tax and social security areas of payroll accounting
  • A precise and reliable way of working
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • MUST HAVE: Good EXCEL skills (VLOOKUPs, etc.) or enjoyment & motivation in using or learning them
  • Thus, a high affinity for numbers
  • Nice to have: Previous experience with common payroll accounting programs
  • MUST HAVE: Very good German and good English skills
