As we launch our product into global markets, we're looking for passionate individuals who want to help us bridge the gap between our startup and the real world.

What This Role Is

We're hiring Sales and Market Specialists to help us launch our product across North and South America. You'll start as a freelancer, focused on promoting our offering and gathering user feedback. Based on your performance, you may quickly grow into a Sales Manager, Deputy Manager, or even Regional/Country Head role within 3-6 months.

This is a hands-on startup role --- you'll be part of the core team shaping how we grow globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our digital product (language learning subscription)
  • Connect with potential learners, students, workers, and migrants
  • Collect and relay market feedback to help us improve
  • Represent Exzellent.co in your region and build local awareness
  • Collaborate with other team members to share strategies and success stories

Who We're Looking For

  • Motivated individuals ready to work remotely and independently
  • People with a strong sense of ownership and drive
  • Based in South America, Central America, North America, or the Caribbean
  • Prior experience in sales or outreach is a plus, but not mandatory
  • You do not need to be unemployed --- flexibility is welcome
