Your Responsibilities

• Point of contact for the development and further enhancement of Bachelor's and Master's degree programs within the Faculty of Natural Sciences.
• Tasks related to quality assurance of the degree programs at the Faculty of Natural Sciences in accordance with system accreditation.
• Tasks in the structural and organizational study administration of the module studies "Naturale: Natural Sciences and Sustainability," including maintaining the corresponding website and advising students.
• Support for and close collaboration with the Deans of Study of the Faculty of Natural Sciences.

Your Profile

• Completed scientific university degree (Master/Diploma [FH]), preferably in a subject offered at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, with many years of professional experience.
• Experience in academic advising and organization.
• Good knowledge in the areas of quality and evaluation management as well as study program development.
• Proficient use of the study administration portal "Campo."
• Solid knowledge of the organization and structure of FAU, especially the Faculty of Natural Sciences, is desirable.
• Proficient use of standard MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level) and good English language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Conceptual and analytical thinking.
• Teamwork and resilience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of students' concerns.
• Independent working style.
