Your Mission

As a (Senior) Process Operations Manager (m/w/d) EPC, you bring operational excellence to our EPC projects. You create clear, scalable processes that reduce complexity, create transparency, and enable teams to work together efficiently. You combine strategic process thinking with operational hands-on experience -- with the goal of implementing projects reliably, economically, and scalably.

Your Tasks

• As a (Senior) Process Operations Manager (m/w/d) EPC, you analyze, structure, and standardize end-to-end processes along the entire EPC funnel -- from engineering to commissioning.
• You develop clear process maps, workflows, and SOPs, including responsibilities, interfaces, and quality criteria.
• Scalable templates and standards (e.g., project structures, parts lists, checklists, standard communication) are part of your operational toolkit.
• You independently manage the mapping of processes in our tools and ensure consistent data flows ("Single Source of Truth").
• You identify automation and digitalization potential early on and translate operational requirements into concrete IT developments.
• You systematically identify bottlenecks, error sources, and waste, and translate these into measurable, sustainable improvements.
• You define relevant EPC KPIs and build practical dashboards for operational control and management.
• You confidently moderate workshops, training sessions, and onboarding processes, ensuring that processes are also implemented in day-to-day site operations.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in process, operations, or project management, ideally in the EPC, construction, plant engineering, or energy sector.
• Proven experience in building or scaling processes in growing organizations.
• Very strong in structuring, visualizing, and documenting processes (e.g., swimlanes, RACI, SOPs).
• Strong analytical skills, pragmatic in implementation, and consistent in follow-up.
• Proficient in using digital tools (CRM/ERP/PM tools, Sheets/Excel, collaboration tools); Zoho & Google Workspace are a plus.
• Ideally, experience with PV, grid connection, construction processes, and methods such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or EOS.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our construction sites.
• Very good German, good English, and willingness to travel to our construction sites.
