Your Responsibilities

• Leadership and coordination of projects for public clients
• Management of complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the achievement of quality, time, and budget goals
• Monitoring of parallel projects and efficient prioritization of resources
• Active communication with clients and coordination at management level
• Identification of follow-up projects and support in acquiring new projects from ongoing initiatives

Your Qualifications

• Completed Master's or Diploma degree in Engineering or a comparable engineering or natural science degree
• At least five years of relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in leading projects in the defense or public security sector, including projects with at least a small seven-figure budget
• Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
• Confident interaction with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and project environments
• Experience in simultaneously managing multiple projects or sub-projects
