Stellenbeschreibung

Responsibilities

  • You act as a competent interface between the operational units (Key Users (w/m/d)), IT platform operations, and external IT partners.
  • You are responsible for the professional delivery and implementation of software releases on test and production systems.
  • You manage and optimize our WMS IT platform and ensure its availability in daily logistics operations.
  • You advise our locations on the implementation of new requirements and support the transfer into precise user stories and test plans as needed.
  • As the technical contact person, you solve complex problems in the WMS environment.
  • Together with the Key Users (w/m/d), you analyze error messages, perform configurations, and sustainably resolve disruptions.
  • You support and empower the Key Users (w/m/d) at the locations through targeted coaching and support in day-to-day business.
  • You create understandable system documentation to ensure a uniform knowledge level.

Requirements

Must have:

  • You have a degree or completed vocational training in the logistics field or possess comparable practical qualifications.
  • You have sound professional experience in a comparable role and a very good understanding of logistical business processes, especially in the warehouse environment.
  • You have experience with WMS systems, particularly in configuration and support.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of PSIwms.
  • You are interested in IT and possess good analytical skills.
  • You have strong communication skills, especially as an interface between the business and IT departments, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
