Your Responsibilities

• Focus on multi-story residential buildings as well as object and special constructions, including commercial buildings, for example.
• You will create cost estimates, calculations, and offers for object, multi-story residential, and special constructions, taking into account planning costs according to HOAI.
• You will calculate offers using industry-specific calculation software.
• You will actively participate in the setup, maintenance, and further development of the calculation software based on current performance specifications and contribute your experience.
• In close coordination with internal specialist departments, you will check and optimize the offer and calculation planning for construction projects.
• You will contribute your expertise in meetings with clients, specialist planners, architects, structural engineers, and building services engineers, primarily in exchange with internal contacts.
• You will support the creation of specifications and obtain offers from subcontractors.
• Together with internal specialist departments, you will check the technical feasibility of the planning, especially in the areas of heating, ventilation, and building services.

Your Profile

• With your eye for economic efficiency, you create the foundation for successful construction projects.
• You are a civil engineer (m/f/d) or construction technician (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience in the construction industry - ideally with practical experience, e.g., in calculation or through a craft apprenticeship in building construction.
• Good technical understanding of construction processes, structures, and economic contexts characterizes you.
• You show initiative and actively drive processes forward.
• As a team-oriented and empathetic personality, you work independently, reliably, and with an eye for the big picture.
• You are a team player, open, and sociable in your interactions with others.
