Tasks

You will support our management in day-to-day business and take on tasks that relieve our team and accompany the growth of finias. These include, among others:

• Preliminary accounting (collecting/sorting receipts, checking invoices, etc.)
• General office management & organization
• Processing incoming mail (digital)
• Support in marketing & sales
  • e.g. social media planning, research, simple graphics in Canva, text drafts
• Event organization (e.g. internal meetings, customer appointments)
• Proactive support of management in operational daily business
• Smaller administrative and coordination tasks
• depending on strengths, gladly more -- we are growing and you can grow with us!

Qualification

What you should bring

• You live in the Lüneburg area (absolutely essential!)
• High reliability and a self-employed, structured way of working
• Enjoyment of organization, communication, and "making things happen"
• Basic knowledge of office tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365)
• Ideally, experience in accounting, administration, or marketing
• You are open to learning new things and taking responsibility
• Pleasant demeanor and enjoy thinking along in a small team
