Your mission

• Be a key strategic and operational partner to a number of early- and growth-stage startups
• Build and maintain the smooth and timely running of accounting, finance, and bookkeeping processes
• Develop and improve key processes to optimize for scalability across the portfolio
• Take the lead on special projects, varying according to company strategic objectives

Your profile

• Degree/certification in finance, accounting, or other equivalent qualification
• Deep finance experience within startup/scaleup environments
• Sleeves rolled up! You enjoy the hands-on nature of working with early-stage startups
• Able to navigate complexity, managing multiple workstreams, while remaining highly organised, diligent and maintaining high attention to detail
• Great communication skills, and ability to build trusted, effective relationships at founder level
• Essential computer skills: Excel, Word, Google suite, experience with Spendesk is a plus
• Professional Fluency in English and German
