Tasks
- Consulting managing directors on how they can gain new employees or orders through us.
- Independent appointment acquisition on cold & warm inbound leads.
- Pre-qualification of interested parties for consultation with our experts.
- Participation in team meetings and completion of minor administrative tasks.
Qualification
- Clear and understandable German pronunciation as well as an energetic manner on the phone.
- High willingness to learn, drive to perform, and the ambition to continuously develop personally and professionally.
- Initial experience in sales, ideally with 1-3 years in telephone cold calling.
- Ideally, you have already worked in sales in an agency or coaching/consulting environment.
- Your educational path is secondary to us; what matters is that you have already gained sales experience and are motivated to develop further at Flatland Marketing 🚀.
