Our NORDfrische Center, the meat processing plant of EDEKA Nord, is a subsidiary of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Nord GmbH. We produce high-quality meat and sausage specialties in our modern production facility in the Lüttow-Valluhn industrial area. With direct access to the A24, our company is not only easily accessible as an employer for over 700 colleagues but also a central starting point for supplying our North German EDEKA markets.

We are looking for you as a Teamleiter (m/w/d) Marketing

Aufgaben (Responsibilities)

As Teamleiter (m/w/d) Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational implementation of our marketing activities. Your main task is to lead and develop our marketing team, develop innovative strategies, and efficiently manage administrative processes to sustainably support our corporate goals and successfully position our brands.

• Definition and Monitoring of Goals: Setting clear marketing goals with regular performance reviews and targeted action plans.
• Budget Responsibility: Creation, management, and control of the marketing budget.
• Team Leadership and Motivation: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the marketing team, including motivating and developing employees.
• Development and Implementation of Marketing Strategies and Concepts: You are responsible for the conception, planning, and implementation of holistic communication strategies and concepts that align with our corporate goals.
• Event Planning and Execution (especially trade fairs): Planning, organization, and execution of trade fair appearances, events, and training sessions, including budget planning, stand and space design, logistics, service provider management, and pre- and post-event preparation.
• Online and Social Media Marketing: Responsibility for the strategic further development and coordination of digital channels (e.g., website, social media); a strong affinity for digital trends and platforms is required.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
• Networking and Coordination: Close collaboration with other departments (e.g., Sales, Purchasing) to ensure effective communication and coordination of marketing activities.
• Agency and Service Provider Management: Selection, management, and coordination of external marketing agencies and service providers.
• Process Management: Analysis and optimization of internal marketing processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality of work results.
• Reporting: Regular reporting on marketing activities, campaign success, and budget adherence to management.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements (e.g., data protection, competition law) and internal company guidelines in marketing.

Profil (Qualifications)

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in marketing
• At least 3 years of sound professional and leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Affinity for online and social media marketing
• Analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German language skills
