Salesforce Engineer

About The Role

• You participate in the design, building of scalable solutions and their integration.
• You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, JavaScript, Flow Automation, SQL, Reports & Dashboards, and User Management.
• You work with a diverse group of stakeholders based in our headquarters as well as users in our local offices around the globe to align on expectations and opportunities.
• You will promote continuous improvement and best practices standards across the business.
• You participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
• You can optimise out-of-the-box features as well as build custom features.

About You

• You bring at least 1 year of first hand industry experience with Salesforce CRM as a certified Salesforce platform developer.
• You are familiar with or are open to learning about Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, API Integrations, CI/CD and Git.
• You are happy to work alongside senior engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to implement best practices.
• You are a strong communicator with excellent English fluency.
• You have some understanding of agile principles and know how you might apply them.
• You are a true team-player and are willing to learn/grow by asking questions.
