Our business thrives on shippers with regular transport volumes,
daily rates / spot transports, and clearly measurable performance.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for digital demand generation for our B2B business.
Core Focus (clearly prioritized):
- SEO (service & industry pages, technical aspects, search intent)
- Google Ads / SEA (Search) with a focus on spot & daily rates
- Potentially LinkedIn Ads / Meta Ads
- Lead quality over lead quantity
- Close integration with telesales & sales
You will independently manage a significant performance marketing budget, including a Google Ads budget in the mid four-figure range per month, clearly linked to KPIs such as lead quality, CPL, and volume potential.
Closing is handled by sales -- your role is to ensure that the right inquiries are generated.
What you will specifically implement
SEO
- Technical optimization of our website
- Development and enhancement of service and industry landing pages
- Keyword strategies aligned with real shipper search intents
- No content spam, no blog for its own sake
SEA / Google Ads
- Conception, management, and optimization of search campaigns
- Clear service clusters (e.g., part/full loads, special transports)
- Clean conversion tracking
- Management based on lead quality, CPL, and cost-effectiveness
Qualifications
- Very good understanding of SEO & Google Ads (Search)
- Experience in B2B lead marketing
- KPI and funnel thinking (CPL, lead quality, volume potential)
- Willingness to take responsibility for results
- Clear, structured way of working
