We are an early-stage food subscription startup transforming how people access daily meals. With flexible plans (1, 2, or 3 meals per day), users subscribe monthly and enjoy meals from any partnered restaurant---affordably, conveniently, and sustainably.

We are building our founding team and looking for a visionary Co-Founder & Investor to lead restaurant partnerships and growth strategy while playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction and funding.

Your Role

As Co-Founder & Investor, you will spearhead business development---forming key partnerships with restaurants and contributing capital, strategic insight, and leadership. You'll be central to our mission of creating a flexible, scalable meal ecosystem that supports local businesses and customers alike.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Partnerships & Growth

Identify and onboard high-quality restaurant partners in Berlin.
Design and negotiate win-win partnership models with restaurant owners.
Build long-term relationships and ensure partner success.
Develop and execute local expansion and acquisition strategies.
Collaborate with the tech team on vendor onboarding and app integration.

Investment & Strategic Leadership

Contribute seed investment to support product development and market launch.
Collaborate with the founder to raise additional capital from angels and VCs.
Shape the go-to-market plan, pricing model, and revenue strategy.
Represent the startup at investor meetings, startup events, and food-tech forums.

Vision & Culture

Co-lead company vision, culture, and long-term impact goals.
Drive purpose-driven, sustainable growth in the food-tech space.
Act as a brand ambassador in the Berlin startup and F&B communities.

What We're Looking For

Previous founder, investor, or operator experience in startups or F&B.
Strong network in the Berlin restaurant, hospitality, or investor ecosystem.
Deep understanding of restaurant dynamics and consumer food behavior.
Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly desirable.
Entrepreneurial, decisive, and impact-driven mindset.
