Your Role

For our client in Münster, we are looking for either a dedicated Tax Assistant / Audit Assistant or a Tax and Audit Assistant (m/f/d). The scope of responsibilities can be adjusted accordingly.

Responsibilities

Depending on your qualifications, you will independently or supportively:

• Prepare corporate and private tax returns
• Prepare annual financial statements for various industries
• Advise companies/clients on tax and business management issues
• Accompany and monitor tax audits
• Conduct annual and consolidated financial statement audits according to HGB and IFRS, as well as special audits
• Accompany corporate transactions and conduct company valuations

Your Profile

• Successfully completed or nearly completed studies in economics or law with a focus on tax law, auditing, accounting, or similar.
• Initial professional experience in tax advisory/auditing is desirable but not essential.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working.
• Enjoy working with digital tools.
• Knowledge of DATEV and MS Office.
