We are seeking a Tax Assistant / Audit Assistant or a Tax and Audit Assistant (m/f/d) in Würzburg. The scope of responsibilities can be tailored to your qualifications.

Your Responsibilities:

Depending on your qualifications, you will either independently or supportively handle:

• Preparation of corporate and private tax returns
• Preparation of annual financial statements for various industries
• Advising companies/clients on tax and business management issues
• Accompanying and monitoring tax audits
• Conducting annual and consolidated financial statement audits according to HGB and IFRS, as well as special audits
• Assisting with corporate transactions and conducting business valuations

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed or nearing completion of a degree in economics or law with a focus on tax law, auditing, accounting, or similar.
• Previous professional experience in tax consulting/auditing is desirable but not essential.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Enthusiasm for digital work.
• Knowledge of DATEV and MS Office.
