Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the proper operation of applications in a modern OpenShift environment based on RedHat operating systems.
  • You define functional release requirements and participate in release tests.
  • You support, further develop, and monitor central business-critical applications.
  • You develop and automate deployments and operational processes in the DevOps environment.
  • Error analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • You continuously improve applications and processes.
  • You contribute to the automation of workflows and the increase of service quality.

Requirements:

Must have:

  • You have completed (IT) training or an (IT) degree.
  • You have several years of experience as a Linux administrator.
  • You are familiar with DevOps tools such as Jenkins or Ansible.
  • You have very good German and good English skills.

We are looking for a Senior Linux & DevOps Application Administrator (m/f/d) for a client in the energy and financial services sector due to a backfill position, in permanent employment. The salary for this position ranges between €65,000 - €75,000 fixed plus variable components, depending on the level of experience. We offer the possibility of almost 100% home office; you only need to be within two hours of Leipzig or Eschborn (depending on your place of residence).
