About Us

Our client offers services in the areas of SAP, M365, Cloud Solutions, and IT Infrastructure with several employees. Due to a new position, we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer (m/f/d) for the location in Kassel, Frankfurt a.M., Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Munich or remote in permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Conception, implementation, and operation of complex WAN/LAN/WLAN and security environments
• Administration and monitoring of the WAN infrastructure
• Setup of network hosting infrastructures (CISCO, Azure, AWS)
• Planning of automated processes in setup and operation
• Consulting and management of long-term and new customers
• Taking over complex troubleshooting and problem analysis

Profile

• Completed (IT) degree or (IT) training
• Sound knowledge in the administration and operation of Cisco-based networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
• Practical experience in handling security products (Cisco)
• Good knowledge of hybrid cloud networking
• Knowledge of a scripting language such as Python or Java
• Cisco certification, preferably at CCNP level
• Customer and service-oriented
• Very good German and English skills
