About Friedl & Kleinschmidt Buchhaltungsservice GmbH

We are a bookkeeping service founded in 2025 by two partners, Daniel Kleinschmidt and Tobias Friedl. Daniel is a certified public accountant and Tobias is an interim manager and entrepreneur from the service industry. Together, they are building a progressive and fully digital service. They work with their own clients as well as with tax advisors who want to outsource their work.

Your Role

Join Friedl & Kleinschmidt and become part of our team! Behind this team are Tobias Friedl and Daniel Kleinschmidt, who founded the bookkeeping service in 2025 and are building a modern, fully digital company -- on equal footing with their team.

As a tax professional, you will not only provide advisory services to clients but also help shape our company. Therefore, you should feel comfortable in a rapidly growing and thus constantly changing environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You will handle financial and payroll accounting for clients and partners.
• You will be the direct point of contact for clients and partners.
• You will review our processes and contribute suggestions for improvement.

Your Qualifications

• You have at least three years of professional experience in tax consulting.
• You have fluent German in spoken and written language.
• You have an appropriate home office workspace.
• You are tech-savvy and familiar with software tools and SaaS solutions.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Addison software from Wolters Kluwer.
• You can work three to five hours per day, Monday to Friday.
