About the Role

As a Senior 360° Online Marketing Expert (m/f/d) – Strategy, CX, Online Marketing & Sales (m/f/d), you will advise our clients on their digital customer experience and online marketing strategies. You will develop personas, customer journeys & funnel strategies, channel and budget recommendations, or campaigns. You work data-driven and have experience with holistic B2B and B2C digital marketing.

Responsibilities

You have several years of experience in online marketing and the agency environment for B2B clients. Ideally, you have already developed scalable digital campaigns for various target groups and objectives. You independently structure complex customer journeys along the relevant funnel stages and derive holistic, logically structured campaign structures from them, which interlock across channels (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Content, and E-mail). In operational implementation, you are responsible for SEO and SEA measures with clearly defined, measurable goals – without micromanagement. Your data-driven approach is evident in your work with dashboards, A/B variant testing, and the systematic derivation of insights for continuous campaign optimization. You also confidently and solution-orientedly tackle projects in English.

Experience in digital B2B marketing and agency experience is necessary.

Requirements

  • You bring proven several years of experience in online marketing, B2B, and agency environments; ideally with scalable digital campaigns for different target groups and goals.
  • You independently structure complex customer journeys and think hierarchically along relevant funnel stages.
  • You develop holistic, logically structured campaign structures from these, which coordinate various channels (SEO, SEA, Social, Content, E-mail) based on needs.
  • You are responsible for the operational implementation of SEO and SEA measures – without micromanagement, with clearly measurable goals.
  • You are a data-driven online marketer: You work systematically with dashboards, test A/B variants, and derive insights that continuously optimize your campaigns.
  • Projects in English are a welcome challenge for you.
  • Organizational skills, strong presentation skills, and a convincing demeanor.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and/or Evalanche would be great, but is not a must.
