We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Distribution Sales Manager to join our EMEA Sales Team.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and managing distribution channel partners across the EMEA region. You'll be forming and refining our distribution strategy, ensuring execution and business growth, and overseeing training of distributors to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute a European distribution strategy aligned with growth objectives and go-to-market plans
- Continuously assess and optimize the distribution network to improve coverage, performance, and channel value
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with EMEA/global distribution partners
- Drive distributor accountability through regular business reviews, joint planning sessions and targeted action plans
- Track and manage design registration activity globally, conversion to wins, and associated revenue through CRM
- Ensure quality and accuracy in the distributor design funnel, focusing on high-impact customer opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, FAE, and Marketing teams to accelerate demand creation through aligned engagement
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a solid analytical and 10 years of semiconductor background
- Bring an understanding of MCU and Memory technologies
- Solid track record in distribution sales and deep knowledge of the semiconductor sales ecosystem
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen with a hands-on execution mindset in a fast-growing tech company
- Disciplined in use of CRM tools and timely in reporting details of distribution sales opportunities, challenges, etc.
- Customer- and results-focused, with a self-motivated and problem-solving attitude
- Requirement for frequent travel to build and support distributor and customer relationships
- Experience working with Asian companies is a plus
