Ihre Aufgaben

Would you like to become part of the Gigaset team and help shape our QSA division? We are looking for an experienced Product Approval and Compliance Specialist (m/f/d) for our Bocholt location to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be able to take on responsibility and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Does this sound like you? • Conformity officer for the consumer electronics division
• Technical responsibility for compliance with legal approval requirements
• Single point of contact for handling international approvals
• Preparation of approval documentation and declarations of conformity
• Responsibility for the Gigaset Environment and Telecommunications Laboratories
• Commissioning external laboratories and evaluating test reports
• Preparation and implementation of external ETL and RED product audits
• Handling/cooperation in the event of complaints from market surveillance authorities
• Management of ETSI, DECT Forum and WiFi Alliance memberships

Ihr Profil

• Completed technical training or university degree in engineering
• Experience in the field of type approvals, product approvals or regulatory affairs
• High level of technical understanding and willingness to continuously learn about new technologies, tools and technical standards
• Experience in quality management and PLM processes
• Very good analytical skills and strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience with other standards and specifications such as RED, EMC, RoHS, REACH, ATEX or the Battery Directive is desirable
