Personal.Manager Software GmbH

Personal.manager digitizes shift and personnel planning in healthcare -- with the goal of making planning fairer, more efficient, and more reliable. The software addresses typical clinic challenges such as shift scheduling, absences, mobile usability, and integrations (e.g., SAP-supported billing preparation), keeping people at the center: less conflict, more predictability, more time for care.

Your Role

As a Senior React Native Developer (m/f/d), you will develop and optimize our iOS and Android app (React Native). You will translate designs into clean UI components, ensure performance, stability, and good maintainability, and work closely with design and backend -- so that our users have a seamless experience.

For our sister company, uninu GmbH, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior React Native Developer (m/f/d).

What You Will Do

• Development and maintenance of our iOS and Android app with TypeScript/JavaScript and React Native (Expo)
• Implementation of new features with a focus on performance, usability, and clean UI implementation
• Close collaboration with UI/UX design for continuous improvement of the user experience
• Connection and integration of our GraphQL APIs
• Ensuring code quality through code reviews, clear standards, and suitable automated tests
• Collaboration with QA on end-to-end tests (Detox) and support in error analysis
• Optimization of the interface regarding accessibility, stability, and efficiency
• Working in an agile environment with three-week sprints according to Scrum

What You Bring

• Several years of excellent practical experience with React Native (ideally Expo) and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Very proficient in app frontend architecture, data flows, and state management (e.g., Zustand, Context API)
• Experience in the conception and implementation of modular, scalable, and reusable UI components
• Experience in agile software development (Scrum or Kanban) and pragmatic teamwork
• High quality standards (clean implementation, reviews, stable releases) and a desire for continuous development
• German at C1 level or better (for internal coordination and product work)

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS AppSync (GraphQL) and common patterns for caching, offline behavior, and error handling
• Experience with AWS Cognito in the app context (e.g., Auth flows and token handling)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD for mobile apps, e.g., build/release processes via AWS CodePipeline (or comparable)
