Antavo Asset Management GmbH is seeking new team members for this position through us.

Your Responsibilities

  • Central Point of Contact: You are the first point of contact for our tenants and external service providers, ensuring service-oriented communication.
  • Regular Property Inspections: You conduct regular on-site appointments to check the condition of the properties, record damage reports, and ensure a comprehensive inventory.
  • Processing Move-in/Move-out and Viewing Appointments: You independently coordinate and conduct move-in/move-out inspections and viewing appointments.
  • Handling Tenant Inquiries: You record and maintain rental inquiries, damage, and defect reports in our service system and ensure structured processing.
  • Solution Management: You evaluate incoming requests and independently work towards results-oriented solutions.
  • Coordination of External Service Providers: You commission and supervise janitors, lawyers, and other service partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support with Billing: You assist in the creation of utility and heating cost bills.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship.
  • Organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working.
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation in dealing with tenants and external partners.
  • Proficient in common office applications.
  • Enjoyment of a varied field of activity in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license class B and willingness for regular on-site appointments.
  • Very good, fluent German language skills in speaking and writing (minimum C1 level).
