Working in collaboration with Green Enesys- an innovative renewable energy project integrator, specializing in developing and delivering ready-to-build and ready-to-finance projects.

Role Purpose
The key focus is on project management, supporting the development, execution, and delivery of a large pipeline of PV and BESS projects in Italy, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with bankability and regulatory standards. Your primary duties will require working closely with affiliate companies of the group, investors, management, business partners, subcontractors and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Track overall project progress across the full development lifecycle and prepare detailed status reports for senior management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with internal quality and bankability standards.
- Manage and support the development of PV and BESS projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and contributing to key activities such as land agreement negotiations, grid connection applications, environmental impact assessments, permitting procedures, and technical documentation preparation.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, consultants, investors, and external advisors, monitoring their performance, deliverables, timelines, and associated costs.
- Assess the technical, regulatory, and financial feasibility of new project opportunities, including risk assessments, financial modelling, and preparation of internal evaluation materials to support investment decisions.
- Monitor and control project budgets, development costs, and cash flow, ensuring accurate reporting to senior management and the external accounting office, and actively contributing to the planning and management of the overall market development budget.
- Ensure that internal compliance procedures are properly implemented, documented, and followed throughout all stages of project development.
- Continuously monitor the regulatory and authorization framework applicable to the market, ensuring full compliance of ongoing projects and proactively identifying regulatory risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Support M&A and financing activities (e.g. crowdfunding) by contributing to due diligence processes, preparing project documentation, coordinating data rooms, and acting as a key point of contact for investors, lenders, and external advisors on all project-related technical and development matters.
- Represent the Italian market within the organization, ensuring effective knowledge sharing, alignment of development strategies, and coordination with other internal teams, while providing market insights, regulatory updates, and project feedback to support informed decision-making across the company.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy project development or project management.
- Strong knowledge of solar energy -- an advantage
- Analytical, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Fluent Italian and English are required; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
- Advanced MS Office skills; knowledge of PV Sol, Solar GIS, AutoCAD, or PVsyst is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
