Venture Partner - Fundraising

We are looking for a Venture Partner - Fundraising to join Growth&Glory's Venture Partnering team.

This is an opportunity for a VC Investor looking to transfer their know-how to the opposite side of the table and support founders in their fundraising efforts on a project basis.

Your Role

You'll work on fundraising campaigns raising venture capital from European VC investors, corporate venture funds, and family offices.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluating ventures' investment readiness level
• Fine-tuning ventures' financial plans and pitch decks
• Developing fundraising strategies
• Setting tailored investor pipelines
• Driving the fundraising process to get firm commitments on term sheets

Your Background

• Previous experience in Venture Capital is essential
• Strong investor networks in Europe and beyond, connections to CVCs and family offices are a plus
• Exceptional intellectual capacity, long-term perspective and positive, collaborative attitude
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in Climate Tech space

This is a project-based role.
