Your Responsibilities:
- Independent management of condominium owners' associations (WEG).
- Written and telephone communication with owners, tenants, and external service providers.
- Obtaining quotes, and concluding, managing, and terminating service contracts.
- Commissioning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and repair work.
- Organizing and handling insurance claims.
- Preparing and following up on owners' meetings.
- Entering and maintaining object and master data.
- Reviewing, processing, and implementing rent increases according to legal requirements.
Your Profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau or comparable qualification.
- Experience in property management; knowledge of WEG management is desirable.
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry and property management.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Independent, structured way of working, and teamwork skills.
- High level of customer orientation and responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Reliability, discretion, and a friendly demeanor.
