Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of condominium owners' associations (WEG).
  • Written and telephone communication with owners, tenants, and external service providers.
  • Obtaining quotes, and concluding, managing, and terminating service contracts.
  • Commissioning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and repair work.
  • Organizing and handling insurance claims.
  • Preparing and following up on owners' meetings.
  • Entering and maintaining object and master data.
  • Reviewing, processing, and implementing rent increases according to legal requirements.

Your Profile:

  • Completed apprenticeship as an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in property management; knowledge of WEG management is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of the real estate industry and property management.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Independent, structured way of working, and teamwork skills.
  • High level of customer orientation and responsibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Reliability, discretion, and a friendly demeanor.
