Your Tasks

• You will accompany us on projects in the areas of Finance, Risk, and Compliance at major international banks and gain valuable practical experience.
• You will become an important part of our team, working in a tandem approach with highly experienced colleagues.
• You will be introduced to different project management approaches (including certification as a Scrum Master).
• You will learn the fundamentals of technical project work, apply them in practice, and maintain close contact with our clients.
• You will build experience in business analysis methodology and in the application of standards and tools.
• You will work in international, interdisciplinary teams with predominantly English communication.
• You will support us in consulting on current topics (e.g., digitalization, transformation, IT and process implementation), working at the interface between business departments and IT.

Your Profile

• You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study.
• You are interested in topics related to Finance, Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance.
• Your strengths include a structured and analytical approach to work.
• You impress with a high degree of quality awareness and good communication skills.
• You have technical skills in MS Office programs, databases, or similar.
• Very good German and fluent English skills.
