Werkstudent (m/w/d) Business Development - DACH

Your Impact

Gymondo is part of the 7NXT Health Group and one of the leading digital fitness platforms in the German-speaking region. Together with 7Mind, we help people integrate exercise, mental strength, and healthy routines into their everyday lives sustainably.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Business Development, you will support our team in tapping into new growth potentials in the DACH region – from distribution & partnerships to operational growth topics. You will work closely with the market, on real KPIs, and on concrete use cases.

Your Mission

Lead and Pipeline Management

• Qualification and support of cooperation partners who distribute Gymondo or 7Mind directly to their customers
• Contribution to the development and optimization of business development processes, e.g., via AI automation opportunities

Operational Growth Tasks

• Creation and updating of landing pages, checkout pages, and codes for campaigns (tracking, UTM, promotion codes)
• Technical troubleshooting in daily operations (e.g., with campaigns, integrations, landing pages)

Reporting & Analytics

• Creation of regular reports on performance metrics (leads, conversion, funnel, etc.) for internal and external stakeholders
• Support in data preparation, monitoring, and presentation of insights for internal stakeholders

Administrative & Organizational Activities

• Creation of codes, maintenance of internal systems and databases
• Invoice verification and support in the invoice workflow
• General administrative tasks to relieve the team

Communication & Interface Work

• Proactive communication with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Coordination with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams

Your Story

• You are a registered student (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, or comparable)
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• You have initial experience or strong interest in Business Development, Growth, Marketing, or Sales
• You are proficient with Google Workspace
• You ideally have initial experience with analytics, CMS tools, and back-office work
• You have an independent, structured, and analytical way of working
