About this job
Established in 1882, HANNES GmbH & Co KG is a future-oriented craft business and part of the HANNES Group, with 3 locations in NRW, 15 trades, 140 employees, and 17 apprentices in 5 training professions.
We are looking for a Malermeister / Handwerksmeister as (Junior) Site Manager for Interior Finishing (m/f/d) - Painting, Drywall, Flooring for our growing Technical Facility Management division at our Herten location. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing small, cross-trade construction sites for framework agreement clients.
- Technical processing of customer inquiries.
- Calculating costs and preparing quotes.
- Scheduling and coordinating the craft team / subcontractors.
- Regular site presence with schedule and quality control.
- Site acceptance and feedback to the client.
- Project billing.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients throughout all project phases.
- Close collaboration with the internal office.
- Reporting to department management.
Our Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a craft trade, ideally with further training as a master craftsperson.
- Several years of practical experience on construction sites in interior finishing trades.
- First experience in site management and technical leadership of a small craft team is desirable.
- Enjoyment of working with customers and in a team.
- Good MS Office skills, experience with craft or calculation software is a plus.
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Customer-oriented behavior, structured and independent work style, committed and solution-oriented, team player.
