Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your Mission:

As a Project Manager, you will support the successful implementation of cross-functional marketing projects and, together with the team, develop efficient, scalable, and continuously improved ways of working. With clear structure, transparency, and a high standard of quality, you will significantly contribute to the consistent execution of marketing initiatives and the achievement of business goals.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects from initiation to successful completion
• Further development and optimization of processes and ways of working within the marketing team
• Ensuring transparency, structure, and alignment among all project participants
• Early identification and active management of risks, dependencies, and changes
• Utilization of project management tools for steering, documentation, and decision-making

What you will do daily:

• Coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects, including milestones, timings, and deliverables
• Maintenance of project plans, documentation, and dashboards for reporting and transparency
• Use of project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar) for task distribution, progress control, and reporting
• Proactive communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and expectation management
• Support of the marketing team in establishing structured workflows and best practices
• Tracking of resources, dependencies, and project risks, and initiation of appropriate measures
• Identification of potential improvements in processes, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration

What you should bring to be successful with us:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a comparable field
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment
• Confident use of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar systems
• Structured, organized way of working and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different stakeholders
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a high standard of quality

Your Track Record:

• Successful management of cross-functional projects with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in defining, establishing, and optimizing team processes
• Confident stakeholder management with a focus on transparency, alignment, and collaboration
• Experience in the continuous improvement of workflows and project standards

Your Language Profile:

• German: Fluent (C1-C2) – confident communication with internal teams and stakeholders
• English: Very good business knowledge (B2-C1) – confident in meetings, written communication, and coordination

Your Competency Profile:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Team-oriented personality with clear, open communication
• High degree of initiative, problem-solving, and implementation strength
• Resilience and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities
• Project management certifications (e.g., Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
• Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
