Tasks
· Professional and disciplinary leadership of two employees in internal sales · Taking over central commercial administrative tasks and participating in contract negotiations · Close coordination with external accounting for the control of deadlines, closings, and evaluations · Responsibility for offer calculations, contract processes, and administrative control · Further development of internal processes and participation in the introduction of a new ERP system
Profile
· Completed business administration degree or a comparable qualification · Several years of experience in a commercial position with initial leadership responsibility · Strong entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and a structured, independent way of working with a focus on processes and efficiency · Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment of responsibility in the SME sector
