For our client, a nationwide real estate management company, we are looking for several Technical Property Managers (m/f/d) for the Berlin, Leipzig, and Hamburg locations. The company manages, rents, and develops properties with a clear focus: the satisfaction of owners and tenants. It is responsible for the operational management of a broad portfolio nationwide and relies on sustainable management – for long-term value preservation and appreciation. Property management here means taking responsibility and providing all services from a single source – oriented towards current property and user requirements as well as industry standards.
As a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d), you will be the central point of contact for owners, tenants, and service providers regarding the technical and infrastructural operation of residential and retail properties. Actively shape the technical operation of properties and take responsibility for quality and cost-effectiveness.
Tasks
- Responsibility for technical inventory assessments and budget planning for maintenance and capex measures
- Planning and budgeting of maintenance and renovation measures
- Management of renovation and modernization projects – from planning to implementation
- Organization and monitoring of repairs, maintenance, and inspections of buildings and building services (MEP)
- Coordination of construction services, MEP, and external service providers for smooth processes
- Conducting property inspections and creating meaningful documentation
- Ensuring solution-oriented defect management and professional technical support for the properties
Profile
- Several years of professional experience in technical property management, technical real estate management, or technical facility management; alternatively, experience in interior finishing or civil engineering.
- Ideally, a technical qualification (e.g., building services engineering, construction technology); alternatively, qualifications from interior finishing or civil engineering are also suitable.
- Practical experience in the implementation and management of construction, conversion, and renovation measures.
- Confident, reliable demeanor, and strong service and customer orientation.
- Very good German language skills, good English skills desirable.
- High IT affinity, good MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Independent, structured way of working and a driver's license class B.
