Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements: You and your colleagues are responsible for ensuring that the financial statements are prepared correctly, completely, and on time.
• Consolidations and intercompany reconciliations: You coordinate postings between companies, check accounts, and ensure clean reconciliations.
• Contact person for international companies: You support foreign subsidiaries with accounting inquiries and ensure smooth communication.
• Support projects: You actively participate in financial projects, contribute suggestions for improvement, and thus contribute to process development.
• Credit management: You are involved in managing open items, monitoring credit lines, and reconciling with banks.
• Currency hedging: You support hedging against foreign currency risks and analyze their impact on our balance sheet.
• Process optimization: You identify potential improvements in accounting and implement measures to increase efficiency.

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree: Ideally with a focus on accounting/finance.
• Experience with financial statements: You bring valuable practical experience in monthly and annual financial statements.
• Optional: Further training as a certified accountant - a plus, not a requirement.
• SAP and MS Office skills: You are proficient in using accounting systems and spreadsheets.
• Language skills: Fluent German and good written English skills.
• "Beyond the box" mentality: You think proactively, contribute ideas, and are eager to make a difference with your work.
• Structured and solution-oriented: You work independently, maintain an overview, and make sound decisions.
