What awaits you with us?

• As the first point of contact for our customers, you will answer their inquiries by phone and email – with expertise, friendliness, and a listening ear.
• Creating individual offers and their follow-up are also part of your area of responsibility, as is needs-based consulting.
• You will reliably process customer orders – from order entry to delivery.
• In close cooperation with our field sales team, you will ensure a smooth flow of information.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as well as early identification of new sales opportunities, contribute to sustainable business development.
• Maintaining our customer master data in the ERP system is in your hands – you ensure that all information is always up-to-date.

What do you bring with you?

• Positive energy and commitment
• Completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in sales
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanor with a joy in dealing with people
• Confident and sovereign communication in German; English is desirable
• Organizational talent with a strong sense of order and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and willing to learn
