IT Support & Key User | Pilsach, Germany | Remote
We're working with a nationwide leading wholesale supplier for large-scale consumers in gastronomy, hospitality, hospitals, senior care facilities, and company canteens. This constantly evolving company is opening a new branch in Pilsach, offering a modern work environment to foster new ideas and continued growth.
The Role
- Act as the on-site IT contact, supporting colleagues with IT inquiries and collaborating with central IT.
- Provide support for technical issues and escalate them as needed.
- Set up Windows workstations and Apple devices.
- Serve as a Key User and point of contact for all departments.
- Be responsible for first-level support.
- Implement system-side adjustments for process optimization requests and suggestions.
What You'll Need
- High IT affinity and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to organize yourself independently.
- Completed degree or training in information technology.
- Openness to IT-affine career changers.
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Team-oriented, solution-driven, communicative, and reliable personality.
