We offer you the opportunity to break new ground and develop together.\n\nThe position is permanent, full-time or part-time, based in Hanover.\n\n### Your Tasks:\n\n* Support our business to structure and assess AI-related ideas and develop them into mature use case concepts\n* Conduct comprehensive AI business case analyses, including market research, volume assessments, cost-benefit evaluations and strategic fit as well as scalability potential\n* Conduct comprehensive skill and capability check of what kind of AI solution would fit\n* Provide technical consulting to business stakeholders on the feasibility and value of AI solutions, with a strong focus on business impact and technical implementation\n* Act as trusted advisor and facilitator, bringing together the right stakeholders to move ideas from concept to implementation readiness\n* Detect duplications, synergies, and strategic gaps in the AI use case portfolio to support efficient resource allocation\n* Collaborate closely with IT, Innovation, Data Science and other producing or implementing teams\n\n### Your Profile:\n\n* Proven AI experience, ideally in a strategic or consulting role at the interface between business and IT\n* Proven experience in evaluating and prioritizing AI use cases, from ideation to implementation readiness\n* Deep understanding of current AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Platform Technology Stacks, generative AI) and their practical applications in a business context\n* Strong skills in business case development, including market and potential analysis, cost modeling, and scalability\n* Background in (industrial) insurance, financial services, or regulated industries is an advantage\n* Customer-centric mindset and passion for measurable impact\n* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical target groups\n* Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking\n* Fluent in English; German is a strong plus\n\nWe know that nobody is perfect and not all career paths are straightforward.
