Moin, we are Agentur-Consulting! We are a management consultancy for marketing agencies, freelancers & web designers based in Berlin. We help these entrepreneurs to automate their new customer acquisition and optimize agency processes with AI.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in our next growth phase. You will work directly with our clients to create transformative value while building systems that scale our impact.

Your tasks: Client Success Management

  • Take responsibility for 20+ agency owners who are eager to grow and provide them with all the tools they need through coaching, accountability, and mentoring.
  • Conduct Kickoffs: After reviewing a detailed assessment, define an individual roadmap that leads to the goal with the highest probability of success.
  • Accountability Calls: In weekly calls, analyze current bottlenecks, answer specific questions, and define the next work packages for the clients.
  • Google Chat Support: Between accountability and topic calls, support agency owners via Google Chat with helpful answers, Loom videos, or send a relevant training.
  • The end result: Consistently deliver measurable results for our clients.

Upselling of Mentoring Programs

  • Conduct upsell conversations with our clients and intensify support by selling additional coaching or mentoring packages.
  • Client Success Meetings: In daily meetings, exchange ideas about what is currently working, analyze coaching calls, and receive valuable feedback on your managed accounts.
  • Be in communication with our sales team, have an overview of current clients, and offer extensions in a timely manner.

Copywriting

  • Develop professional B2B copywriting skills at an expert level.
  • Optimize client offers, landing pages, funnels & outbound campaigns.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
  • Learn to recognize and utilize signals for outbound campaigns.

In short: You are responsible for individually supporting agency owners, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining accountability. This is done through 1:1 calls, project management, coaching, and Google Chat support.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Digital literacy and the ability to quickly master new tools. You are familiar with common AI tools and are at home in the Apple & Google ecosystems.
  • Sales Experience: You should have practical sales experience, as you will analyze client calls and engage in sales sparring with them. Your energy should generally be higher than that of your counterpart to build up and motivate your clients.
  • Leadership & Rapport: You must be able to hold your counterpart accountable as a leader after they have told you what is important to them. You must recognize when clients are deceiving themselves, understand and work with different personality types. You bring high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Agency Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of how the agency market and related areas function. You are active in the marketing & coaching bubble and may have already booked a coaching session or two.
