Ihre Aufgaben

As a Jr. Plant HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted people partner for our manufacturing site in GEBKİM, with a strong focus on blue-collar workforce management and industrial relations. You will be responsible for implementing regional and global HR strategies at plant level, working closely with plant leadership to ensure strong people practices and a sustainable shop floor culture.

What you´ll do

  • Act as the main HR contact for production employees and plant leadership
  • Implement regional and global HR strategies, policies, and initiatives at plant level
  • Coordinate recruitment and development activities for production roles
  • Manage industrial relations, labor law compliance, and employee relations processes
  • Support workforce planning, development, and upskilling in manufacturing environments
  • Drive engagement, wellbeing, and plant culture initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Henkel HR standards and fair compensation practices
  • Maintain a visible HR presence on the shop floor
  • This role is fully onsite and requires working at the plant 5 days a week. Hybrid or remote working is not applicable.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in production / manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on, people-oriented, and comfortable working close to operations
