What You'll Do

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers, fostering sustainable partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational needs.
• Oversee the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of purchasing transactions, contracts, and supplier information.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address packaging-related challenges and ensure compliance.
• Develop cost models and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in procurement, supply chain management, or packaging engineering.
• Experience in packaging material sourcing and general strategical sourcing.
• Solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.
• Mandatory Language skills: English (fluent).
