About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join Henkel's marketing team. In this remote role, you'll manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive patient acquisition and conversions. Perfect for professionals who excel in paid search and want flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • ✔ Plan/execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • ✔ Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid optimization ($X+ monthly ad spend).
  • ✔ Monitor KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPA, and Quality Score.
  • ✔ Collaborate with designers for high-converting landing pages.
  • ✔ Deliver bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • ✅ 2-3+ years managing Google Ads (Healthcare/MedTech experience preferred).
  • ✅ Proven success in lead generation and conversion optimization (case studies required).
  • ✅ Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Smart Bidding.
  • ✅ Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, or Measurement).

Nice-to-Have:
