We are looking for a Scientist Pharmaceutical Development / Pharmazeutischer Entwickler (m/f/d) in full-time (37.5 hours/week) at our Wolfratshausen site, starting as soon as possible.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Development: Development of innovative products for a broad portfolio of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dietary supplements, with a focus on solid dosage forms such as effervescent, chewable, and lozenge tablets, as well as direct and instant granules.
- End-to-End Process: Support of the entire development process – from the initial idea, raw material selection, and laboratory samples to scale-up and GMP-compliant series production.
- Technical Expertise: Building in-depth understanding of dosage forms and positioning as a technical contact person and initiator for continuous improvements.
- Project Responsibility: Technical leadership of galenic development projects, including coordination of work packages, decision-making, and ensuring efficient implementation.
- Production Support: Support for product launches, process validations, and optimization and troubleshooting of existing products.
- Collaboration: Close interdisciplinary coordination with Analytics, Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and external partners.
Your Profile
- Qualification: Completed studies in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound theoretical and practical expertise in the development and manufacturing of solid oral dosage forms.
- Innovative Spirit: Enthusiasm for pharmaceutical technology and the development of modern, user-friendly health products.
- Responsibility: Enjoyment of technical responsibility and active involvement in shaping and further developing projects and processes.
- Work Approach: Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of quality awareness.
