We are shaping the future of digital customer service at hey contact heroes. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Project Manager (m/f/d).
Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for exciting customer projects in the area of customer service.
- You will independently plan, manage, and monitor project processes.
- You will act as the interface between customers, internal teams, and partners.
- You will ensure clear communication, transparent processes, and sustainable results.
Qualifications
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in project management within Customer Service/Contact Center (MUST HAVE).
- Additionally, you have at least 5 years of overall experience in Customer Service, ideally in a Contact Center (MUST HAVE).
- Terms like AHT, SLA, FCR, and cSAT are not foreign words to you but part of your daily practice.
- You have a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
- You are strong in communication, assertive, and can manage multiple topics simultaneously.
- You work independently, reliably, and enjoy international collaboration.
